These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which House Clearances Lancashire provides website information, quotations and house clearance services. By using this website or contacting us for a quote, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide house clearance services across Lancashire, including full and partial house clearances, probate support, bereavement clearances, garage and loft clearances, and landlord or end of tenancy clearances, subject to availability and agreement.
Quotes & Bookings
Any quote we provide is based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if the scope of work differs materially when the property is inspected or the clearance begins. Bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to instruct the clearance, that access to the property is available as agreed, and that any items you wish to keep are clearly identified before work begins.
Payments
Payment terms will be agreed in advance. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the service. We reserve the right to request payment in advance or a deposit where appropriate.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate changes where we can, but late cancellations may affect availability and may incur a charge if costs have already been committed.
Liability
We take reasonable care in delivering our services, but we are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided to us, lack of access, items not clearly identified for retention, or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
